Royce, Stephanie Stewart
Stephanie Stewart Royce received her BS and MS degrees in Industrial Engineering and Management at Oklahoma State University in 1987 and 1988, respectively. Stephanie is currently enrolled as a doctoral student in the highly respected Executive PhD program in OSU’s Department of Management in the Spears School of Business.
Stephanie has sustained a track record of both professional and community leadership and accomplishment over the last thirty years. She has used her BS and MS degrees in IE with various companies and in diverse roles. She began her employment at General Electric Aircraft Engines from 1989-1991 as an Industrial Engineer in their Manufacturing Development Program. She then became a Project Manager from 1991-1995 with American Airlines, Sabre Decision Technologies Consulting Group in Fort Worth, TX. In 1995, she was promoted to Manager of Enterprise Resource Management with Sabre, Inc. and then promoted to Director of Airfare Pricing Operations. In 2000, her husband’s medical schooling took Stephanie to Cambridge, MA, where she gained employment with Harvard University as Deputy Director of Business Operations in their University Information Systems. She served in this role from 2001-2004. Moving back to Tulsa, Stephanie took a 3-year sabbatical to focus on her family and raise her two young children. In 2007, she gained employment with Dapro, Inc. in Broken Arrow, OK, as a Consultant in their Enterprise Resource Planning and Software Implementation Dept.
In 2013, Stephanie joined her current employer, Weamco, Inc. as Project Consultant. She was later promoted to Operations Manager of Manufacturing Operations and continues in that role currently. She reports directly to the President and is responsible for HR, Finance/Accounting, Purchasing, Project Management, and Production Planning. She is involved in all aspects of Weamco, including Strainers, Meter Provers, Sphere Detector Switches, and Pipeline products.
Stephanie has also been very active in community participation / leadership roles, including: OSU IEM Industrial Advisory Board 2017-2018; Member; (2) Oklahoma State & Tulsa County Medical Alliances 2005-2013; Member – 8 years, Oklahoma State Treasurer – 1 year, Tulsa County Treasurer – 2 years; (3) Holland Hall Preparatory School 2006-2014; Parents’ Association Vice President – 1 year, Strategic Planning Committee – 1 year, Annual Fund Committee – 8 years; (4) Tulsa Youth Rowing Association - 2008-2011; President – 1 year, Treasurer – 2 years; (5) Women Impacting Tulsa - 2011-2015; Founding member, President – 1 year, Grant Committee Chair – 1 year; (6) Tau Beta of Chi Omega Sorority - 2017 – present; Housing Corporation Board, Capital Campaign and Planning Committee
Stephanie’s involvement in multiple organizations has made a great impact on her community. She has particularly enjoyed her volunteered time to help IEM students for the last two years while serving on the OSU IEM Industrial Advisory Board. Her favorite part of serving is regularly participating as an advisor for OSU IEM’s senior design teams.
